Do you have the experience in administration or in a receptionist position? Do you consider yourself professional, organised and personable? We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to make sure our guests are greeted in a welcoming and courteous manner.

Receptionist
5 days a week including weekends
Shifts will be between 7am & 9pm
Description of Duties
- Greeting Guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answering the phone
- Checking guests in & out
- Monitoring the emails sent to reception
- Ensuring a good handover is made to other the receptionist so that important information is passed on
- Work closely with the housekeeping team on room availability
- support housekeeping for holiday cover
