Hotel Xanadu is a 4* boutique hotel in the centre of bustling Ealing Broadway, West London. Elegant interiors and impeccable service are our trademarks since opening in 2012.

Our Front of House team is expanding and there is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Receptionist to join Xanadu!

Working for Xanadu – Responsibilities:

· Demonstrating highest level customer service at all times

· Check in and check out processes, communication with actual guests

· Responding to email and phone enquiries with efficiency and courteous manner

· Management of Rezlynx PMS system

· Coordination of Cleaning and Maintenance teams

· Responsible for Health and Safety and Guest Security
