As guests arrive at Tinto Hotel, our receptionists are responsible for welcoming them warmly and professionally, laying the foundations for providing the highest level of service that’s at the heart of the company’s core values.
The receptionist will carry out duties that will support the general operations of the hotel, assisting in achieving service and revenue targets, all whilst delivering great customer care.
The successful candidate will be joining a team full of fun and on a journey to make Tinto Hotel the definition of hospitality.
Duties will include but are not limited to;
Check in and out of hotel guests,
reservation management,
enquiry handling,
billing and cashing up alongside revenue posting,
call handling,
and general administration duties.
Requirements;
Experience in a customer facing environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
A passion for customer service with a welcoming and warm demeanour.
Immaculate presentation standards
Able to work as part of the team and on own initiative to contribute to the overall success of the hotel.
Experience with Property management systems or reservation control systems- preferable.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Knowledge and understanding of Administration systems such as Microsoft word and Excel.
Schedule;
This is 7 day a week operation candidates must be available to work a variety of shift patterns that include early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays. 1x Full time role available however part time positions would be considered for the right candidate.

Salary: £8.60-£11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 32 per week
