o Undertake general cleaning of all areas of the building
o Complete weekly stock take of cleaning materials and equipment
o Ensure materials and equipment are fit for purpose
o Undertake any other duties as requested
o Work under the direction of the manager and agreed policies and procedures of the home
o Each residents bedroom to be checked and cleaned
o All public rooms and bathrooms to be cleaned daily
o To carry out cleaning duties per schedule
o Maintain cleaning records and have them ready for inspection on demand
o To be aware of C.O.S.H.H. regulations as well as the requirements of environmental health, fire and health and safety executives
o Attend staff meetings and training days where applicable
o Complete mandatory e-learning relevant to the role
o Carry out other duties that may be required from time to time
o Be flexible when required
