The Local House Project is part of the National House Project and is an important new initiative for Surrey County Council that is focussed on enabling older looked after children and care leavers to progress to independence. Facilitators will take a lead supporting young people on a one to one basis and in group settings to help develop their skills and complete modules as part of the programme. About the Role

Ongoing support will also be provided to young people who graduate from the House Project.

Working collaboratively and in a co-productive way with other staff and the Project Lead you will support young people to complete a series of modules, which will take place on a 121 basis and also involve setting up and running group sessions.
