Position: Household Manager and Executive Assistant to two Principals
Location: Knightsbridge, London
Type: Full-time in the household, Permanent

These inspirational Principals are seeking a dynamic individual to join their household and provide comprehensive support in managing their home and assisting with their family office, private PA support and business support - the role will be split 50/50.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operation of the household, ensuring all aspects are meticulously managed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with various service providers including housekeeping staff, maintenance personnel, and vendors to maintain the property to impeccable standards.
• Manage household budgets, and procurement of goods and services.
• Act as the first point of contact and gatekeeper for the Principals, managing their schedules, appointments, and correspondence efficiently.
• Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Assist with personal and professional errands, travel arrangements, and event planning as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end household or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Discretion and confidentiality are paramount, along with a professional demeanor at all times.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
