Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: The Beacon, Manston Road, Ramsgate, CT12 6NT

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am-1pm (16.5 hours per week)

Monday - Wednesday 16:00 - 19:30 and Thursday - Friday 16:00 - 19:00

Pay: £11.45 per hour

About the Trust

Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust is a Mental Health Trust and, given the nature this post, may include exposure to distressing information and circumstances.

What you'll be responsible for:

• Hoovering
• Toilet cleaning
• Mopping floors daily
• High and low dusting
• Kitchen daily cleaning
• Cleaning cupboard, keeping trolley clean and tidy daily

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

• An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
• A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You'll have the following skills/experience:

• Knowledge of COSHH & colour coding equipment
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to be on feet for whole shift with some bending & stretching involved
