What you will do as a Housekeeping Manager
- Ensure the efficient operation of the housekeeping department, collaborating closely with outsourced partners to uphold our standards and facilitate the timely turnover of clean rooms for guest arrivals.
- Manage inventory levels of guest supplies, cleaning materials, stationery, linens, uniforms, etc., ensuring adequate stock levels to support daily operations.
- Liaise with the Purchasing department to facilitate timely ordering and receipt of additional stock as needed.
- Conduct regular inventory audits of supplies and operational equipment as per Finance Department requirements, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and usage.
- Coordinate with external vendors, such as florists, to ensure the proper arrangement and maintenance of hotel flower displays, contributing to the aesthetic appeal of our property.
