Job description

We have an exciting opportunity available for a Housekeeping Supervisortojoin our team working on a part time permanent basis, Mondays and Fridays, 12 to 16 hours per week. In return we will offer you an hourly pay rate of £10.72 per hour (OTE £11.25 per hour), a place to develop your skills and the chance to work in some of the UK’s most stunning forest environments.

The Housekeeping Supervisor Role:

Open all year round, our Housekeeping Supervisors are allocated a set number of cabins per changeover day and, working with the housekeeping teams, you are responsible for ensuring that the cabins are cleaned to our exceptional brand standards. Housekeeping supervisors must motivate, train, and support their team throughout the day. They are also responsible for checking that the cabin has the correct inventory and doing basic health & safety checks on smoke alarms and fire extinguishers for example. Successful applicants will receive an initial telephone interview where full details will be provided.

The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and work to set timescales is essential. Previous housekeeping experience is also essential, and experience of managing a team is desirable. We are looking for someone with a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and get involved.
