SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity available for a HousekeeperSupervisor to join our team working part time on a Monday and Friday, 16 hours per week, 8.30am to 4.30 pm with a paid 30 minute break.
As our Housekeeping Supervisor we will offer you:
- an hourly pay rate of £10.72 per hour (with the opportunity to earn £11.26 per hour if monthly targets are passed)
- Free transport to and from Balloch / Helensburgh / Dumbarton to work (subject to user numbers and your home location) plus.
- Monthly 5% bonus (paid quarterly) if location achieves customer service targets.

NOTE: All 16 to 18 year olds will be paid £7.67 per hour (OTE £8.05 per hour).
Our idealHousekeeping Supervisor:
On a Monday and Friday you will be assigned a small team of two or three cleaners and a batch of cabins. Your task is to ensure your team clean the cabins to our standards in the available time, checked and ready for the guests to arrive. We are looking for dynamic individuals who work with energy and enthusiasm to deliver on our exceptional brand standards making sure every guest experience that Forest Feeling. The ability to build good working relationships with colleagues and work to set timescales is essential. Previous Housekeeping Supervisor experience and experience of managing a team is desirable. We are looking for someone with a can-do, positive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in and get involved.
