Housing Administration Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent day to day support to the Voids team
• Be an effective point of contact for customers and contractors via phone and face to face
• Management of records, data and diaries
• Data analysis via excel
• Prepare agenda’s, minutes, letters and reports
• Placing orders of any goods and services where needed
• Ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately
• Gaining feedback from tenants and ensuring any complaints are dealt with efficiently and professionally
Required skills & experience:
• Experience working within Housing or Social Care
• Experience in Microsoft Office Systems
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
