Working Hours and Compensation:
- Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- Salary: £25,000 per annum with annual pay review.
Key Priorities:
- Compliance and Housing Checks: Ensuring that properties meet required standards and comply with regulations.
- Fire Safety: Implementing fire safety measures within our homes.
- Speedy Void Turnaround: Efficiently managing vacant properties.
- Arrears Management: Handling service charge payments and maximising income for service users.
- Creative Housing Management Support: Supporting service users with service charge payments, addressing anti-social behaviour, and facilitating move-on support.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct compliance checks on houses, focusing on fire safety and evacuation procedures.
- Manage arrears for service users, ensuring timely payments.
- Facilitate speedy turnaround of void properties.
- Onboard new clients, maintaining accurate records.
- Address anti-social behaviour creatively, finding solutions for issues like hoarding or bullying.
- Issue written warnings when necessary.
- Represent The Maples in meetings with care teams and third parties.
- Oversee property cleanliness and health and safety compliance.
- Handle inventories during client moves.
- Build positive relationships with clients and external professionals.
