About the role -
The Housing Solutions Team is responsible for ensuring that everyone has access to a sustainable and secure home.
As a Housing Caseworker, you will work in a busy and challenging environment; giving bespoke housing advice to customer via telephone during office hours, and help customers to find holistic, creative and practical housing solutions to maximising independence and minimising care and support needs.
You will engage and empower customers to identifying and making appropriate housing choice, and make appropriate and lawful housing needs assessments and homelessness decision-making.
