Our Housing Solutions team ensures customers receive a thorough housing assessment and advice right from the start. We explore all options until we find suitable, secure, and affordable housing for Wiltshire residents.
In this crucial role for the county, you will provide housing guidance, proactively prevent homelessness, and assess housing needs for the council's Housing Register. You'll collaborate with various departments to fulfill our statutory duties towards homeless and housing-needy individuals.
We are looking for someone who not only has the knowledge of landlord-tenant relationships, allocations, and homelessness law, but also someone who is empathetic, adaptable and customer focused.
Be the change you want today, advise and support those in your community who struggle with their housing needs and empower them to improve their housing prospects through applying for this role and securing your future.
