Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

My client is a well-established litigation law firm who are based in the heart of Manchester City Centre and they are on the look-out for a Housing Disrepair Litigator to work in the firms expanding Housing Disrepair Team.
 
My client works in several areas of law including Housing Litigation and has clients across the UK and they want to continue to deliver a top quality service to their clients. They are looking for candidates who ideally have 6 months + experience in HDR and will be able to handle housing claims under section 9 & 11 of the Landlord & Tenant Act.
Although the firm has an office in central Manchester, hybrid working is available in addition to a generous bonus scheme
Main Duties

• Run a caseload of housing conditions claims on behalf of tenants
• Communicate effectively with clients
• Consider external relationships with Experts, Counsel and introducers.
• Hold regular review meetings
• Comply with the performance management program
• Liaise with and build positive and professional relationships across the business
• Agree Quality Audit requirements, measures and procedures within legal constraints and in line with Solicitors Regulations Authority
• Attend management team meetings and contribute to business wide decisions. Where appropriate feedback information from these meetings to your team members
• Carry out other duties, as and when required, to assist in the smooth running of the business
