Housing Disrepair Fee Earner

An established and welcoming firm based in Manchester is currently seeking Fee Earners to join their Housing Disrepair Team. This role is open to Fee Earners, Legal Executives, and Solicitors, offering an opportunity for professionals with diverse backgrounds to contribute to the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of pre and post-litigated claims primarily under Sections 9a and 11 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.
* Handle all aspects of Housing Disrepair claims, ensuring compliance with the Pre Action Protocol for Housing Conditions.
* Apply legal knowledge and expertise to assess, investigate, and resolve Housing Disrepair claims effectively.
* Draft legal documents and correspondence related to Housing Disrepair cases.
* Provide high-quality client service by maintaining regular communication and updating clients on the progress of their cases.
* Offer empathetic support to clients throughout the claims process.
Requirements:
* Experience: While experience in Housing Disrepair is advantageous, the firm welcomes candidates with transferable experience in litigation and pre-litigation.
* Qualifications: Fee Earners, Legal Executives, and Solicitors are encouraged to apply.
* Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in reviewing and analysing Housing Disrepair cases.
