We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join a growing and successful Litigation team in Liverpool.
The team are open to considering a Litigator from a PI background interested in retraining into housing litigation.
The Role:
The manager will be expected to:
Manage a team of 5-10 litigation fee earners, of which there will be a need to develop and train those less experienced staff;
Completing one to ones bi monthly and annual appraisals;
Engaging with and developing key management information;
Driving and encouraging case progression with day to day input with the team;
Providing feedback on system processes and identifying areas in need of development.
The manager requirements:
Previous experience of managing a busy team- Ideally managing 5+ people and with at least 3 years experience managing a team;
Ideally from a Housing Disrepair background but that is not essential the team are open to retraining a strong PI Solicitor looking for a new challenge.
Extensive litigation experience- Fast Track and Multi Track;
Ideally- A Solicitor or FCILEX but will consider Lit Execs with extensive experience
Salary to 45,000 plus 25 days holiday. This is an office based role in central Liverpool.
