GRAND UNION HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE LTD IS A FULLY MUTUAL HOUSING CO-OPERATIVE and is seeking a Housing Manager to work in a vibrant, multi-cultural community.
The successful candidate will lead a small team and be responsible for delivery of all aspects of housing management and finance within the organisation. The Housing Manager will work collaboratively with the Co-op’s Management Committee and advise on best practice, policy and regulatory requirements.
There will be opportunities for the successful candidate to undertake training toward accredited CIH qualifications. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements can be accommodated.
Excellent people skills are essential and understanding of the objectives of a Housing Co-operative are a definite advantage.
