Our client are currently seeking a highly experienced Housing Officer

Responsibilities of the Housing Officer include:

• Acknowledge and respond to contact and queries received in person, via email, telephone or social media from customers in relation to housing management, estate services, reports of ASB, nuisance or domestic violence.
• Work alongside officers to support administration needs and case load
• Review any evidence gathered through the use of surveillance tools, producing reports for customer feedback and the use in legal action
• Identify and manage high risk situations, reducing the risk swiftly where possible whilst promoting values
• Provide advice and support to customer
• Support, assist and deliver with service improvements and developments as required
• Actively look to maximise the use of ICT facilities and new technologies and act as an ambassador during implementation

The Successful person will have:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Housing experience
• Enhanced DBS check
