SalaryWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Housing Officer to join a Coop based in North London. You will work closely with the management committee, and will have responsibility for overseeing the day to day operations, providing an efficient and effective housing management and administrative support service to the co-op.
Main duties will be to ensure the enforcement of the tenancy conditions and ensure that the properties are maintained in a good condition. You will also manage lettings and tenancies, ensure an accurate record of rent accounts is maintained and up to date and also ensure rent payments are made and accounts are not in arrears.
You will also support the board as requested. This position can either be offered on a direct 6-month fixed term contract or on an hourly basis.
