This is an exciting time to join our client's team! They’re a charitable housing association managing around 1500 homes in Cambridge and the surrounding areas.
They have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed and proactive individual to join their Housing team to deliver a high-quality housing management service within the Cambridgeshire area.
They are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide effective generic tenancy, housing and leasehold management, and to build community cohesion. It will see you develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of their homes.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar housing related role to include working in a customer facing environment.
Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team whilst managing varied priorities and demonstrating a 'can-do’ attitude.
The role offers hybrid working as well as being community based. A full current driving licence and access to own car is essential.
