Housing Officer

Our client, based in North Wales, is currently recruiting for a Housing Officer on a 6-month temporary contract.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate is negotiable based on experience for this position.

The ideal candidate will have experience working within withing housing, have tenancy management experience and have access to their own vehicle.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Managing a patch of 420 homes, carrying out generic Housing Management duties
• Conducting mutual exchanges where applicable
• Completing NOSP’s and NTQ’s
• Carrying out annual visits to tenants, logging the contents and ensuring all queries are seen to
• Completing checks on the patch, ensuring all tenancy and ASB issues are dealt with in a manor according to company guidelines
• Keeping track of no access issues across patch

Experience required:

• Experience required in Social Housing
• Experience in tenancy management and handing ASB cases

Working hours:

• 35 hours a week
• Mon-Fri
• Core hours are 10-12 & 2-4
