SalaryWe are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established Housing Provider in London for Several Housing Patch Managers.
One patch is across Wembley, Brent and Cricklewood and Dollis hill.
The other Patch is Hounslow and surrounding areas
You will be required to manage and coordinate excellent housing estate services within a defined geographical patch. Be the accountable customer facing representative across all tenures including rented, shared ownership and leasehold customers.
You will coordinate internal and external services to meet the diverse needs of customers delivering services that meet individual and local needs to a high standard and within the guidelines set.
Experience required
5+ Plus years’ experience within Housing management
Experience of managing leasehold and shared ownership tenures
Knowledge of all housing and anti-social behaviour related legislation, including service charges
Enhanced DBS will be required.
Working hours 37.5 per week hybrid flexible hours, hourly rate £28.12ph Umbrella.
