We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed candidate to join the council’s housing landlord service to provide guidance and governance across landlord housing strategies, policies, and Projects, including overseeing the requirements of Consumer Regulation for Landlord services.
To support and drive the transformation of digital services and applications ensuring that data is gathered and used as effectively as possible to shape present and future housing service delivery.
We are looking for an experienced manager who can bring pace and determination to the role working closely with the senior management team to help drive continuous service improvements, responding to the needs and ambitions of our tenants through excellent customer-focused services.
Reporting to the Corporate Head of Housing the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience of delivering high performing services within a Housing environment with knowledge of the development and implementation of business plans. To provide effective business support for colleagues across housing services to deliver support and solutions that help to deliver on the HRA Business Plan and Council Corporate Plan.
It will be a challenging but enjoyable role and we pride ourselves on our team spirit and ability to get things done. This role is crucial in supporting and achieving good quality business service outcomes putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.
