Housing Project Officer

I am recruiting for a local authority who is looking for someone to support the day to day operation of the housing companies landlord function, ensuring that services are responsive to customer and community demands and deliver against measured outputs while contributing to key strategic aims and priorities. Areas of responsibility includes:
Estate Management
New tenant visits and tenancy sign up
Tenancy verification & fraud prevention
Service charge management
Relationships with freeholders and managing agents
Requesting responsive maintenance
Supporting asset compliance
Addressing anti-social behaviour
Main Accountabilities:
Deliver against agreed project objectives with regular progress reports.
Support any of the housing teams in providing housing management services, where required.
To maintain the highest standards of personal and professional behaviour in keeping with the profile of the role inside and outside the organisation.
