SalaryMy client in Central London is looking to appoint a talented Housing Solutions Service Manageron a Fixed TermContract basis.
You will lead on key objectives, including statutory compliance across Part 6 and 7, directing 5 team managers to fulfil operational day-to-day duties and reduce a backlog of cases over the next six months.
About the role:
Based in Central London (Hybrid):
• To be the strategic lead on the operational implementation for Part 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 1996 as amended.
• To oversee the provision of advice and assistance to public and private sector landlords with tenancy support with an understanding of the impact of Welfare Reforms
• To create effective senior partnership working with internal and external agencies which will lead to effective predictive.
• To provide reliable and valid data to Central and Local Government on homelessness services and in particular homelessness prevention.
About you:
You will have the following experiences:
• Extensive experience in leading a Housing Options service in a Local Authority context.
• In depth knowledge of Part 6 and Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996
• Experience in compliance and quality assurance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
What’s on offer:
• Salary: £50-£60+* per hour, Inside IR35
*negotiable based on experience
