Your new role
- Conduct risk and needs assessments, safety planning, and support planning with individuals who require Housing Support.
- Advocate on behalf of clients with external agencies.
- Address housing-related issues, improve quality of life, and promote independence.
- Co-create and review support plans with service users, ensuring individual needs and goals are met.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant experience in Housing Support, social work, or related fields.
- Knowledge of housing legislation, benefits, and support services.
- Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you'll get in return
This role is based in Stafford, working on site, 37 hours per week. Pay is £13.00 per hour.
