Our client is a respected organisation in provision of support to Homelesss and people with substance misuse challenges. You will be working as Support Worker reporting to seniors or a manager covering few sites.
Previous experience in the role is required and be willing to undertake more training.
Duties:
Be responsible for monitoring and updating relevant information on housing management.
Ensure clients Housing Benefit claims are made and maintained.
Requesting rent adjustment andrepayments of Housing Benefits.
Help clients with queries relating to Housing Benefits.
Monitor clients rent acounts status.
Health & safety checks which inludes regular testing, inpections and assessment.
Keep intouch with external organisation to support clients needs.
