You will be working in small group settings to promote a nurturing ethos while providing high quality learning and emotional support. You will be able to tailor you approach to suit each child's specific needs to keep then engaged.You will need: Experience working with children with SEND. Compassion and understanding. Patience and flexibility to adapt to the children's individual needs.
