Main Duties:
The role offers flexible working in the community, allowing you to work from home in between property visits. You will manage a caseload of 10-12 Residents across 3 properties, with responsibilities including:
- Co-develop and deliver person-centred support and safety plans with clients, complementing plans from other involved agencies.
- Capture and evidence service user progress, maintaining regular contacts on their case file.
- Undertake safeguarding activities, monitoring and reporting concerns, and collaborating with external agencies.
- Ensure a professional risk management plan is in place, regularly updated in line with any escalation of risk.
- Maximize rent collection, submit and maintain successful housing and welfare benefit claims, and take proactive action to minimize rent arrears.
- Report routine property maintenance and damage promptly to maintenance staff.
- Minimize void time by ensuring properties are re-let as soon as possible in line with targets.
Role Requirements:
- Lone working is a component of the role, and regular team and manager meetings are scheduled for reflection on complex cases.
- Travel for training and team meetings is required.
