Housing Support Worker

The purpose of this role is to provide a generic housing-related floating support service in Caerphilly for People aged 18+. Support will be person centered, focusing on realistic agreed goals and appropriate outcomes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To assist service users with support to address housing related issues as per the criteria and specification of Caerphilly Generic Housing Support Services

Complete comprehensive, person centered support plans with service users focusing on realistic agreed goals which enable outcomes to be monitored

Training

If you are successful in your application, you will be required to undertake all mandatory training relevant to the role and be responsible for your own Continuing Professional Development.
