Main Duties:
As a Support Worker, you will be a key member of our team, providing essential support to 16-17-year-olds and Care Leavers up to 21, including young parents and children. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supporting young people in developing independent life skills.
- Assisting in the application process for benefits.
- Facilitating and encouraging engagement in education.
Role Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS clearance for both adults and children.
- Flexibility to work 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM shifts on a 3-week rolling rota.
- Experience in supporting young people and care leavers is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Environment:
The role involves lone working.
Working hours follow an 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule, as per the 3-week rolling rota.
No work-from-home option.
Property Management:
Responsible for overseeing 10 bed spaces.
