Welcome to Church View House, just ten miles from the centre of Lincoln, our home is located within four acres in the quiet village of Swinderby and actively celebrates the richness and diversity of childhood, including the different strengths deriving from ability, age, culture, ethnicity and gender. We actively promote young peoples’ welfare and development, protecting them from physical and emotional harm, deprivation or disadvantage, whilst supporting them to live a really fappy, fulfilled and meaningful life.
As a Support Worker you will be an integral part of the family at Church View House, no two shifts are the same but here is a brief overview of what your duties may look like:
- Supporting with personal care, toileting, bathing, and dressing routines in the evening and throughout the night whilst maintaining dignity and respect at all times
- Creating and maintaining positive relationships with the people we support
- Ensuring the physical, emotional, behavioural and cultural needs of the people we support is always at the forefront of what you do, ensuring these needs are recorded accurately and reviewed/changed in line with the needs of the people we support.
- Maintain a stable, happy and caring environment that puts the health, safety and welfare of the people we support first, this will involve domestic duties

What does my working week look like?
Week 1: Monday + Tuesday + Saturday + Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday + Thursday + Friday
Our shifts operate from 19:30 – 07:30 with a 1 hour break
You will be required to attend training every 4th Friday (6.5 hours paid)
