THE ROLE:
- Ensuring clients are presented with the most suitable cover
- Processing client renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims
- Communicating with warm clients over the phone and by email, providing excellent service
- Client meetings and visits
- Communicating with underwriters
- Responding to queries from clients
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Account handling or broking experience within insurance
- Insurance experience
- Excellent customer service and ability to build rapport
- Effective communication skills
