Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Associate at AkoniHub. The Account Associate will be responsible for new applications, customer service, and account management of clients. This role is located in London but some work from home is acceptable. Responding promptly to client inquiries regarding deposit instructions, withdrawals, and closures.
Qualifications
- Excel in the use of Microsoft Office, with a particular focus on Excel proficiency.
- Experience in the deposit/banking sector preferred
- Demonstrate a track record of success in client-focused activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Qualifications in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience with ONFIDO/ORBIS, familiarity with AML/KYC procedures, and experience in Management Information reporting would be advantageous.

Salary: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
