Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Officer to join an organisation on a permanent basis to work with male offenders living within shared accommodation across Bedfordshire and Luton

Duties & Responsibilities of the Housing Support Officer:

• Working with male clients with a history of offending
• Managing lettings and referrals
• Providing benefits advice
• Addressing rent arrears
• Advising of tenancy rights and responsibilities
• Managing a caseload
• Making referrals
• Liaising with statutory agencies

Requirements of the Housing Support Officer:

• Enhanced DBS (desirable)
• Previous experience working with vulnerable clients within a Housing Support capacity.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
