We are looking for candidates who have experience in engaging with vulnerable individuals. Knowledge or experience in safeguarding, understanding trauma-informed principles, and managing challenging behaviours is greatly valued.

A bit about the role:

Your goal is to guide our young residents towards securing a place on the housing register or finding appropriate rental properties. As a Housing Support Worker, you will manage a group of young residents with complex needs, offering them the practical and emotional support necessary to regain their independence. Given the complexity of their needs, it’s crucial to establish consistent, trusting relationships, ensuring they feel secure and supported. You must be capable of working autonomously, navigating, and defusing difficult situations to prevent escalation.

This role will require an Enhanced DBS check. Interviews will be held on MS teams, week commencing 1 July.
