The Solutions Consultant role is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic Professional Service environment, focusing on Pre-Sales support for Apogee’s International Software division – HP3S and their portfolio of solutions. This role involves working closely with sales teams, channel partners, and clients, requiring a solid understanding of the managed print services market and the typical software and solutions used within MPS, predominantly focused on print management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and building relationships with HP channel partners, sales community, and clients
- Attending meetings via video conference, telephone, or onsite as required
- Advising on and promoting HP3S’s portfolio of solutions
- Creating and managing quotes/order processes
- Maintaining and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities for sales forecasting
- Collaborating with professional services to ensure efficient handover of projects from presales to post-sales for implementation and support
- Managing the overall client relationship during the transition from pre to post-sales
- Working with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of digital service solutions
- Creating and updating high-quality technical solution documentation
- Responding to tenders
- Managing client satisfaction throughout engagement and post-engagement cycles
- Staying up to date with products, services, and technologies within HP3S’ current portfolio and any new technologies as the portfolio expands
