The Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for finance professionals, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates within the legal sector.
• Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis through continuous market research.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and reach within the legal specialist market.
• Work to ensure the success and growth of our Financial Services recruitment business in the specified regions.
