The role:

Are you a Senior Financial Services Regulatory Lawyer 8+ years PQE and looking to take up a leadership role in a high-performing team? If so, this Bristol team would like to hear from you.

This team has a very strong reputation in the retail Financial Services sector, advising banks, building societies and specialist lenders on the complete range of regulatory matters affecting their business.

As such, they are particularly keen to hear from those who want to specialise in retail Financial Services i.e. consumer credit, mortgages, retail banking and payments regulation.

In addition to retail, you can dip into the wider financial regulatory practice which covers wealth asset management and funds management.

Prior experience with the development of new products and services; end-to-end regulatory support; structuring products; drafting agreements; working on comms; systems builds; assessing regulatory issues and remediation strategies; implementing new regulatory requirements are all key skill-sets.

Prior experience in supervising or line managing Associates, Trainees, and/or Paralegals would be advantageous, as the role of Senior Associate entails additional managerial responsibilities.
