The Role

Interim - Financial Services- Paralegal -UK based

We are seeking an experienced In-House Litigation paralegal to join the legal team of a high growth organisation operating within the Financial Services sector.

This role will be for a duration of 6-12 months.

You will play a critical role in supporting the team head in a varied caseload of legal affairs, focusing primarily on Financial Services litigation matters.

You will work closely with other members of the legal team who will work alongside you and support a key project

Your responsibilities will include, supporting a broad spectrum of litigation cases, including contractual disputes, Consumer disputes, and regulatory issues, drafting legal documents, pleadings, and contracts.

Conducting legal research to provide effective advice and strategy. Managing and overseeing all aspects of FS litigation and claims against the organisation from consumers.

The Candidate

• UK based paralegal with experience within the Financial Services sector with 2+ years experience
• Experience of range of general Financial Services disputes/claims from consumers.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Excellent organisation and management skills
• Role based in the South of England with London/Bristol hybrid office presence.

This role is due to commence in the early part of 2024.
