Job description

Central Bristol based Financial Services firm has an opening for a permanent administrator to join them and work as part of the wider operations team within the transfers team.
This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced administrator who is keen to work in Financial Services! Alternatively, if you have recently finished education, and have some office-based experience and would like to secure a role in this industry, then this is an ideal offering.
If you are organised, are a confident communicator and are eager to learn, we would love to hear from you to discuss this role in more detail.
The role will be based in the Bristol office full time for the first few months until you are fully trained, and after probation there will be an opportunity to work a couple of days a week remotely.
Full and comprehensive training will be provided, as well as a senior pathway programme, which will give you the opportunity to progress your career and gain a promotion.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9 - 5 pm.

The Role
This varied role will include:
- Ensuring that the day to day running of client accounts goes smoothly, ensuring all work is processed & quality checked on the same day
- Dealing with transfers in and out of the firm, being involved at each stage of the transfer from initial request to applying assets to client accounts
- Liaising with other firms and transfer managers to complete transfers efficiently and accurately
- Providing updates to advisers and problem solving when required
The Person
- Experience in an admin role (desirable)
- An understanding of ISA and SIPP regulations (desirable)
- A well organised approach and ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills, including by telephone and in writing
- Competent Microsoft Office including Excel skills -
- A confident approach, with a willingness to ask questions, and enjoy working as part of a busy team
