Hr Admin, 6 Month Ftc

Your new company
We have a great opportunity for a HR Admin to join a growing business within the tech space based in Farnbrough. This role is to start ASAP, so you can have no longer than 1 week\'s notice. Hybrid working is offered after probation (3 days office, 2 at home).
Your new role
Working in the HR team and reporting to the HRBP you will be responsible for:

• Being the first point of call for all HR related matters
• Manage the HR inbox
• Post jobs, screen CVs and liaise with recruitment agencies
• Take ownership of benefit administrations
• Give advice on basic HR policies
• Work on ad-hoc HR projects

What you\'ll need to succeed
You will need some HR experience and to be able to commit to 6 months for this role. There could be the potential for a contract extension.

What you\'ll get in return
Generous holiday, chance for a permanent contract, 9-5 mon-thur and 9-2 on Fridays. Core hours are 10-3 so you can flex your hours around this.
