Bramah HR is recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a fantastic organisation based in Sunbury on Thames. This is a part time role, Monday to Wednesday offering up to 21 hours of work per week. This will be a 6 month contract position and will require an experienced HR administrator to join the team and be able to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality- Process employee changes such as promotions, transfers, and terminations- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries- Support HR projects and initiatives as needed- Conduct data entry and maintain HRIS systems- Provide administrative support to the HR department
Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR administrative role- Proficiency in HRIS systems- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
