General Description of Job:
The HR Administrator collaborates closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Employee Relations (ER) Advisors to deliver an exemplary HR Administration Service. Proficient in computer literacy and possessing excellent communication skills, the role encompasses a broad spectrum of HR activities. The HR Administrator operates flexibly during planned and unplanned absences to fulfill priority tasks and meet stringent deadlines. Compliance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and adherence to Company health, safety, and environmental procedures are mandatory.
This role supports flexible working and is open to flexible locations, preferably near a client Hub.
Main Tasks:
Undertake various employee administration activities using SuccessFactors (HR database) and SAP, including but not limited to:
Processing changes to employee records and terms and conditions.
Ensuring approvals are in place.
Making changes on HR systems.
Issuing written confirmations.
Ensuring payroll is advised if necessary.
Processing employee and employer SF workflow approvals.
Act as a focal point for Land and Corporate pay input, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to Payroll within set deadlines. Assist with pay queries investigation and resolution.
Process leavers, ensuring timely notification to Payroll, the Pension Administrator, and updating of SuccessFactors. Respond to Pension Administrator enquiries related to current and former employees. Assist in the pension auto enrolment process.
Support HRBP and ER Teams when required. Provide timely advice to managers and employees, acting as the front line for queries, especially related to payroll.
Maintain personnel files and administer documentation within the HR department, following legislation and data assurance frameworks.
Ensure compliance with Company health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Technical Experience and Qualifications:
Essential:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications, Word, and Excel.
Previous experience working in an HR/Payroll environment.
CIPD qualifications or a desire to work towards this qualification or equivalent.
Previous experience working with an HR MIS.
High level of numeracy skills.
Experience in establishing and maintaining administration systems and processes.
Experience in providing verbal and written advice.
Operational, day-to-day HR activities experience at an administrative level.
