HR Administrator

Hamilton Woods Associates have been engaged by a Leeds based housing association to recruit for a HR Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis. The role will assist both the L&D and HR team.
Responsibilities of the HR Administrator:
- Creating PO's/paying invoices using the online finance system
- Updating the HRIS with changes
- Creating and sending references
- Completing the leaver process to offboard colleagues
- Completing probation letters
- Carrying out general admin work including saving documents to the HRIS
- Responding to general admin queries that come into the shared mailbox
- Logging changes to colleague T&C's
- Adding starters and leavers to the online benefits platform
- Sending length of service awards using the online benefits platform
- Booking training requests
- Creating training agreements
- Creating and distributing non-attendance lists for training sessions
- Attending and taking minutes for the monthly Colleague Forum
Requirements of the HR Administrator:
- Previous administration experience in a busy, professional environment with proven expertise of working in a customer focused team.
- Strong general administrative skills with a highly organised approach to your work and ability to prioritise.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills including Word/Outlook/Excel.
- High accuracy and excellent attention to detail with great written and verbal communication skills
