Duties

  • Filing

  • Photocopying

  • Data imputing

  • Organising files

  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email

  • Managing office supplies and equipment

  • Excellent Organisation skills.

  • Communication skills.

  • IT skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Good administrative skills.
