Atrium Recruitment are delighted to be assisting our client who are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join their team in Saffron Walden to help manage the day-to-day operations.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with the onboarding, daily management and HR processes
- Supporting managers in the management of their teams, effectively liasing with teams across the business
- Maintaining internal systems to ensure goal are being achieved
- Ensuring compliance processes are followed in line with legal specifications
To be considered for the role:
- Qualifications in HR, or at least 2 years minimum experience as a HR Administrator or similar role
- Proven experience in managing HR aspects
- Knowledge of labour legislation
- Proficieny in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to multi-task
