We are urgently seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join our team due to a significant increase in activity. The role involves essential administrative tasks such as scanning and filing employee records, conducting reference checks, updating our People XD HR system, and preparing new joiner welcome packs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid admin skills and an understanding of HR processes to contribute to a growing and sociable team.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Efficiently manage and organise HR-related documents, including scanning and filing employee records.
- Conduct thorough reference checks for potential new hires.
- Update and maintain the People XD HR system with accuracy.
- Prepare and distribute welcome packs to new joiners.
- Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Work collaboratively with a tight-knit, family-feel team that values a good sense of humour and sociability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, preferably within an HR setting.
- Confidence in managing HR systems, with experience in their HR system or one similar being advantageous.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take pride in your work.
- A good sense of humour and the ability to fit into a sociable team environment.
