Hr Administrator

We seek a friendly, professional and highly organised HR Administrator to join our global shipping company based in St Katherines Dock.

This is an exciting opportunity to start 2024 and be part of a larger and friendly HR team, supporting various HR tasks.

You will act as the key point of contact for staff at all levels.

Duties include:

• Prepare job requisitions, offers and job changes.
• Prepare contracts and new starter packs and manage the electronic filing systems.
• Coordination of first-day activities, including indications.
• Conduct exit interviews.
• Manage all reference requests.
• Monitor the HR emails/inbox.
• Prepare and manage employee lifecycle including probation, salary, change in roles etc.
• Assist with recruitment admin.

Candidate specification:

• Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
• HR experience.
• Highly organised and able to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
