We seek a friendly, professional and highly organised HR Administrator to join our global shipping company based in St Katherines Dock.
This is an exciting opportunity to start 2024 and be part of a larger and friendly HR team, supporting various HR tasks.
You will act as the key point of contact for staff at all levels.
Duties include:
- Prepare job requisitions, offers and job changes.
- Prepare contracts and new starter packs and manage the electronic filing systems.
- Coordination of first-day activities, including indications.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Manage all reference requests.
- Monitor the HR emails/inbox.
- Prepare and manage employee lifecycle including probation, salary, change in roles etc.
- Assist with recruitment admin.
Candidate specification:
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail.
- HR experience.
- Highly organised and able to multi-task.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent MS Office Skills.
